| 摘 要： | 通过对黑龙江省厅、处级干部481人进行了生理和心理的亚健康、健康和疾病状态的问卷调查,结果显示,绝大多数领导干部处于亚健康和疾病的非健康状态。主要原因是由于转型期各种压力的不断加大及生活方式的影响所致。因此只有注重"四大平衡机制"的协调发展,才能提高领导干部的健康素质、从根本上实现其全面和谐发展,从而提高执政能力与行政效率。
