| 摘 要： | 通过查阅研究我国高校体育与健康课现状和体育改革的大量资料,走访一些体育专家,并对在校学生进行了深入的调查研究,对影响学生体育与健康的主要问题进行了分析,研究认为:目前高校对体育与健康课的认识不一,体育还没有成为高校学生生活的重要组成部分,就此,提出一些建议和思考,以利提高学生的健康水平,适应素质教育发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The authors analyze the main problems that influence students',sports and health by looking up and studying on colleges sports and health courses and the reform of PE,interviewing some sports experts,and investigating many in-school students.The results show that there are different ideas in universities and colleges sports and healthy courses,PE has not become an important part of universities and colleges students' lives.The authors put forward some suggestions and thoughts to improve students'healthy level,and meet the needs of quality education development. |
