| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法对“艺术体育”在建设小康社会中的作用进行研究。调查了“艺术体育”在我国城镇居民中开展的现状 ,参加者活动的场所、活动的动机、心率指标等。对“艺术体育”的内涵及其在我国发展的关系做了进一步的阐述。“艺术体育”在我国小康社会中对增进人民健康 ,提高劳动生产力有着及其重要的作用。它与我国目前小康社会中精神文明建设有着密切的关系并对我国竞技体育发展起着积极的推动作用
