| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查访问法和数理统计法,对黑龙江省96名中学体育教师继续教育的现状进行了调查,发现黑龙江省中学体育教师继续教育的动机比较明确,参加的培训形式多样,培训内容基本能够满足体育教师的需求。同时指出黑龙江省中学体育教师继续教育现存模式的不足之处,并运用终身教育理论对黑龙江省中学体育教师继续教育工作加以完善,使继续教育模式更加适合中学素质教育的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper has carried on the investigation to P.E.teachers in 96 middle school of Heilongjiang Province,by literature material、investigation and mathematical methods.The author discovered the Heilongjiang Province middle school P.E Teachers continuing education the motive quite is explicit,training participation is various,the training contents can meet P.E teacher＇s need. At same time,the author pointed out the deficiency of Heilongjiang Province middle school P.E teachers continuing education extant pattern.and using the lifelong education theory to the Heilongjiang Province middle school P.E teachers continuing education work,causes the continuing education pattern can adapted to the request of middle school education for all-around development. |
