| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师作为特殊人群,承担着较大的工作负担和职业压力,让越来越多的高校体育教师参与体育锻炼,对提高高校教师的健康水平、工作效率和生活质量以及推动校园体育文化建设都具有重要意义。本文分析了黑龙江省高校教师参与体育锻炼的影响因素,并得出结论。大众传播媒体、职业特征、环境、经济等都是影响高校教师参与体育锻炼的因素,高校教师应该积极创造条件参与锻炼,取得积极的锻炼效果,更好的为社会服务。

| Abstract: | This article analysises the influencing factors that Heilongjiang Province colleges teachers participate physical exercise from aspects of mass media,occupational characteristics of college teachers,environment etc. And draws the conclusion that only continues to display the mass media the function, Heilongjiang Province complete universities further improves teacher＇s work and the living condition, colleges teachers overcome own weakness diligently, participate in the physical training positively. So, colleges teachers can obtain the positive exercise Offect. |
