| 摘 要： | 通过此研究对多媒体技术在高校体育教学中应用的优势进行了分析,总结出多媒体技术应用的多种形式。不难看出有效利用多媒体技术能给高校体育理论传统教学注入新鲜活力,为改革传统体育理论教学手段和方法带来新的契机。
