| 摘 要： | 采用临场跟踪与问卷调查法,对黑龙江省足球裁判员在比赛执法中存在问题进行了调查与分析,并找出原因及对策,旨在为足球裁判员在今后的临场执法中深刻理解规则精神,公正执法,组织好比赛提供参考。
