| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对甘肃省乒乓球裁判队伍进行调查研究,围绕裁判员的结构构成、运动经历、英语和计算机水平、科研情况等对甘肃省乒乓球裁判队伍的基本现状进行分析,研究结果表明:甘肃省乒乓球裁判队伍结构构成基本合理,运动经历欠丰富,英语和计算机水平较低,科研情况较薄弱,考核、培训制度不够完善等,针对这些问题笔者提出了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | This article carries on investigation and study of Gansu province Table Tennis referee by literature methods, expert interviews and logical analysis. This article carries on analysis of the status of table tennis referee team in Gansu around the umpire＇s structure, sports experience, English and computer skills, scientific research and so on. The study results show that： the structure of table tennis team in Gansu province is basically reasonable, sports experience owe rich, English and computer level is low, scientific research is weak, assessment and training system is not perfect, etc. The author gives advices and suggestions on solving the problems. |
