| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对花样滑冰运动员的心理训练情况进行分析与探讨,阐述花样滑冰比赛时运动员跳跃高难度动作的心理状态及心理训练的作用,提出花样滑冰运动员心理训练的方法,为花样滑冰运动员提高运动成绩,以及为教练员和运动员的训练与比赛提供借鉴和理论参考。
