| 摘 要： | 本文以体育兴趣的培养对大学生体质健康和终身体育意识的重要性为出发点,系统地分析了目前我国普通高校在培养学生体育兴趣方面的基本现状以及所存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了培养大学生体育兴趣的有效策略和途径。
