| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,对核心稳定性与核心力量的起源与定义,核心力量的解剖学和生理学机制,核心力量训练的特点、作用、分类、方法和手段,核心力量训练的检测与评价,核心力量在具体训练中的应用和核心力量与传统力量的关系等进行了综述。得出核心力量是一种由康复和健身领域进入运动训练的新型力量素质,在理论研究、训练方法、检测和评定等方面还存在许多需深入研究的问题。认为应加强核心力量在运动训练过程中的具体的功能、作用、负荷量和强度的研究,加强核心力量训练方法的创新,加强核心力量训练的检测和评价方法的研究,以提高核心力量训练的科学化水平。 |

| Abstract: | Through the literature material method,analysis of the origin and definition of core stability and core strength,the anatomical and physiological mechanisms of the core strength,characteristics,classification,methods and means of core strength training,testing and evaluation of core strength training,applications of core strength and the relationship between core strength and the traditional power.Obtain the conclusion that the core strength is a new power quality that from the rehabilitation and fitness to the sports training,and there are still many problems need in-depth study of theoretical research,training methods,testing and assessment.In order to improve the scientific level of core strength training,we should strengthen the study of the specific functions of the core force,the role of load and strength in the process of sports training,Strengthen the innovation of core strength training and strengthen testing and evaluation methods of the core strength training. |
