| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对黑龙江省高校学生的"阳光体育运动"认知程度、参与方式、内容以及实施效果进行调查。结果表明,黑龙江省高校学生对"阳光体育运动"的了解程度不高,"单项体育比赛"、"体育俱乐部"等是主要参与方式;学生周锻炼频率达到3次以上的比例依次降低,高年级参与体育锻炼的频率具有降低的趋势等。研究旨在为黑龙江省"阳光体育运动"的持续稳定开展提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | This article uses the literature material law, interview law, questionnaire survey of college students in Heilongjiang province ＂ Sunshine Sports＂ cognition degree, in the way and the content and the implementation of ＂Sunshine Sports＂ effect of the investigation, results show that, for college students in Heilongjiang province to the ＂ Sunshine Sports＂ understanding degree is not high, ＂ single sports games＂ , ＂ sports club＂ , et al. are the main ways of participation; students week exercise frequency can reach 3 times the proportion decreased, high grade of participation in physical exercise frequency has decreased. Sustained and stable research designed to Heilongjiang province ＂Sunshine Sports＂ to provide theoretical support. |
