| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以人才资源为逻辑起点,阐述了人才资源、体育人才资源与竞技体育人才资源的概念,以及人才资源对中国女排发展和崛起的现实意义,并探讨了中国女排领域内的人才资源问题。针对这些问题提出相应建议,旨在为中国女排的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents and logic analysis, this paper states the concept of human resources, sports human resources and competitive sports human resources logical starting point of human resources, and the realistic meaning of human resources to the development and rise of China woman volleyball and discusses the problem in the field of human resources. And then puts forward the countermeasures in order to provide some references to the development of China woman volleyball. |
