| 摘 要： | 从竞技体育人才发展的地域差别、保障机制、竞技体育人才的流动及竞技体育后备人才发展等方面对我国竞技体育人才环境现状进行分析,结果表明：我国目前对竞技体育人才环境还没有形成系统的理论研究,有待于进一步完善。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the status quo of our country sports’ talent environment in region differences,safeguard mechanism,sports talents’ flow and talent reservation development;the results show that there is no systematic theory study on the sports talents’ environment in our country presently,it needs to be perfected further more. |
