| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈法等,分析了农村体育教师专业发展困境,并基于专业学习共同体的视角探讨农村体育教师专业发展的新路径。结果表明:农村教研组在转化为专业学习共同体上遇到农村体育教师共享与合作意识不强、缺乏互联网支持和组织文化氛围等因素的阻碍严重。但随着农村信息化不断推进,在强化农村体育教师的共同体意识与互联网思维"、互联网+专业学习共同体"新模式的应用、构建优质组织文化的路径下,农村体育教师专业发展会取得新的成效。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature and interview,the difficulties of rural physical education teachers’professional development were understood through interviews,and the new path of rural physical education teachers’professional development was discussed from the perspective of professional learning community.The research shows that,at present,the rural teaching and research group is seriously hindered by factors such as weak awareness of sharing and cooperation among rural physical education teachers,lack of Internet support and organizational culture atmosphere.However,with the continuous advancement of rural informatization,it is believed that the rural teachers’professional development will take on a new look under the path of strengthening the community awareness and internet thinking of rural physical education teachers,applying the new model of"internet plus Professional Learning Community"and building a high-quality organizational culture. |
