| 摘 要： | 以全运会突出的焦点问题为切入点,客观分析了全运会出现异化现象的原因,针对这些原因提出解决对策：创立科学的体育政绩评估和考核体系;对全运会进行以赛制为龙头的深层次改革;弘扬人文精神,让竞技体育回归本质;完善体育法制建设;强化监督机制。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the outstanding problems in China National Games,analyses the reasons why could appear the alienation phenomena in National Games;and proposes some countermeasures as follow: creating scientific systems of sports merits estimation and testing,deeply reforming the competitive system of National Games,developing the spirits of humanism,perfecting the construction of sports laws,and strengthening supervise system. |
