| 摘 要： | 排球是一种集体竞技类项目，目前排球中的技、战术变化快，进攻点增多，队员场上位置比较模糊等特点对队员的心理、身体素质、技战术等提出更深层次的要求。研究北京奥运会我国女子排球队与巴西、美国队在非技术指标和技术指标上的差异可为我国女排今后面临的挑战及其努力的方向提供参考。

| Abstract: | The volleyball is a team competition event. At present, the characteristics, including quickly swift of techniques and tactics, more points of attack and certainly indistinct of players ＇ position, need the players＇ more abihties of psycholo- gy, physical quality, technique and tactics. This article mainly studies the difference of the technical and not-technical in- dexes between China, Brazil and USA, and raises the challenges China team facing and its developing orient in the future. |
