| 摘 要： | 对陕西师范大学龙狮队中北狮的4名运动员的运动负荷进行监测,通过遥测心率法和血乳酸变化,发现甲、乙两名狮头运动员最大心率为191次/min1、87次/min,甲、乙两名狮尾运动员最大心率为178次/min、159次/min,狮头血乳酸值明显高于狮尾血乳酸值。北狮规定套路属于大负荷运动。

| Abstract: | Through heart-rate telemetering and blood lactate changing,this article comparatively studies the chimeras and simees' certain biochemical indexes in dragon-lion dance teams,and gets the result that not only the heart rates and blood lactate of the chimeras are obviously higher than those of simees;the north-lion exercises are the big workload ones. |
