| 摘 要： | Z线变化是运动性骨骼肌损伤所观察到的典型特征。结蛋白是重要的细胞骨架蛋白,分布于Z线周围,通过Z线使单个肌原纤维连接起来。结蛋白的特殊功能分布使其成为研究运动性骨骼肌损伤的敏感指标。本文通过文献资料法分析总结了结蛋白的结构分布,对运动后结蛋白的变化的研究现状进行了综述,从结蛋白的角度分析讨论了运动性骨骼肌损伤与修复的可能机制。
