| Abstract: | To improve the teaching effect of elementary boxing, the author combined the offensive and defensive skills in teaching practice as a new try, and compared it to the traditional teaching method. The results showed the new teaching method of combining offensive and defensive skills was superior to the traditional one in terms of teaching effect. |
