| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法，对安徽省第6届大学生篮球联赛运动员的来源和管理等情况进行调查与研究，结果发现：安徽省大学生篮球联赛运动员来源结构呈现多元化，竞技能力层次不齐，整体水平较低。究其原因是管理者未能从全局的角度去统筹策划，战略发展目标缺乏长期规划，从而导致安徽省篮球基础薄弱，未能形成小学——中学——大学一条龙训练体制。
