| Abstract: | Based on the skill transfer principles, this paper demonstrated sporting skills between free exercise and competitive aerobics can be transfered. Therefore, by means of documents study and comparative, it also showed out that it is very important for improving our competitive aerobics level to train free exercisers with specific skills. |
