| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法，对我国残疾人大众体育现状进行了分析，得出影响我国残疾人大众体育开展的主要因素有残疾人受教育程度、残疾人经济状况、残疾人心理特征以及社会为残疾人大众体育的开展所提供的外部条件。

| Abstract: | An analysis is carried out concerning the current situations of public physical education of the Chinese disabled by means of data collection. Prime influential factors on the public physical education of the Chinese disabled are categorized into the following category the degree of education of the disabled, the economic situation of the disabled, the interior characteristics of the disabled as well as the exterior conditions society has created for the implementation of the public physical education of the disabled. |
