| 摘 要： | 从“新农村建设”的内涵入手，从农村体育公共服务的监督体系、体育价值、管理规划、供给方式等方面系统分析了参与“新农村体育公共服务实施均等化”的影响因素。研究显示：建立有效的监督体系，新型的价值观，完善的规划体系，多元供给模式，完善的法律保障体系等措施可有效保证“新农村体育公共服务均等化”的实施。

| Abstract: | Starting with the connotation of the new county construction, this article systematically analyzes the influence factors of the“equalization of sports public service in new county”from supervisory mechanism, sports value, management plan, and supply pattern; and then gets the results that in order to effectively carry out the“equalization of sports public service in new county”, we ought to establish new values, thorough legal protection, completive planning mechanism, multinational supply pattern, and perfect supervisory mechanism. |
