| 摘 要： | “氧债”和“无氧阈”是运动与无氧代谢中的经典概念,随着现代科学技术带动运动生理学的迅猛发展,这两个经典概念逐步受到挑战。本文就有关公认的科学事实对“氧债”和“无氧阚”这两个概念提出质疑,以期能引起有关方面的重视并在今后的教材编写中采用一套准确、合理、恰当的概念．推动整个运动生理学的交流与发展。
