| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料法,对河南7所不同地区的普通高校大学生的体育行为意识进行调查研究,了解和分析了大学生的体育行为因素,并提出解决问题的方法和对策;对培养大学生参与体育活动的意识,提高科学锻炼能力,完善高校体育教学改革提供一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature, this paper made investigation on physical activity behavior of college students from seven universities in different areas of Henan province, analyzed the behavior factors and put forwarded the method and countermeasure on it. It had certain reference for college students participating in physical activity, improving the exercise ability scientifically and perfecting physical education reform in university. |
