| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革,运动员退役后的出路及养老问题愈发严重。到目前为止,涉及我国运动员的险种仅仅有国家队运动员伤残保险,并未涉及到各级各类运动员的退役养老及就业保险。本文就建立运动员退役养老保险及就业保险的必要性进行了研究,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | With the ongoing of our economic reform, the question about the athlete's employment after retirement has become more serious. So far, insurance related to our athlete merely has the disability insurance, and by no means involves to all levels of each kind of athlete's retirement endowment insu-rance and the employment insurance. The necessity of establishing the endowment and the employment insurance of retired athlete was analyzed and corresponding suggestions were put forwarded. |
