| 摘 要： | 中国足球竞赛制度的不稳定和不合理,影响了中超联赛的开展,也由于此而影响了俱乐部的发展,影响了我国整个足球技术水平的提高。本文通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法初步探讨了现阶段中超足球联赛赛制,分析了欧洲五大联赛成功的足球联赛的赛制,对比中超赛制在竞赛时间方面存在的问题,对中超联赛赛制方面提出了针对性的对策和建议,得出跨年度的竞赛制度在我国是可行的。
