| 摘 要： | 体育运动进入20世纪90年代以后由于电视媒体的介入有了很大的发展,与此同时这一时期的排球运动也借此机会不断的求新、求变。其中规则的改革是一个重要组成部分。每球得分制的改变,自由人的引进等都为排球这项运动注入了新鲜的＂血液＂。但在规则改革这一过程中涌现出了很多的设想、提议并未被采纳,文章就是以1990年后部分未被正式应用的改革规则为例,探讨这些规则与排球运动发展的相互推动与冲突。从而为今后的规则改革做出一些有意义的参考。
