| 摘 要： | 本文对＂四人制＂篮球的技战术特点、攻守配合、位置配合方面与＂三人制＂＂五人制＂篮球赛进行对比分析,结果显示,在运动强度的大小、篮球基本技战术的掌握和运用等效果上,＂四人制＂篮球比赛都明显优于＂三人制＂和＂五人制＂篮球赛,这表明＂四人制＂篮球比赛更适合作为篮球选项课的教学手段之一.从健身、教学的角度出发,分析其开发的价值。

| Abstract: | This article compares the technique and tactics of offensive and defensive fit and locational fit of four-a-side-basketball to both of three-a-side-basketball and five-a-side-basketball.And the result reveals that,on exercise intensity,the grasp and implementation of basketball's technique and tactics,four-a-side-basketball is superior to be as a teaching method of basketball optional course. |
