| 摘 要： | 通过对桂林市七所普通院校武术选修课教学的现状进行问卷调查，并咨询经验丰富的武术老师，结果显示：教学内容陈旧，不能吸引当代大学生；教学方法单一，缺乏创新；重技术轻理论，忽视对武术文化的教育；教学时代性不强，忽视对大学生人文素养的教育和终生体育意识的培养，本文对武术选修课教学的改革提出了自己的建议，以期为高校武术教学提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through making investigation on condition of Wushu elective course in 7 ordinary colleges in Guilin and interview with Wushu teacher with rich experience, this paper finds out that old teaching content, lack of attraction on modern college student, simple teaching method, and neglect of Wushu culture education are the main problems. Based on it, the suggestion of Wushu elective course reform is put forwarded in order to provide the reference for college Wushu teaching. |
