| 摘 要： | 讲解法与示范法是体育教学中最主要、最基本的教学方法。在体育课教学过程中，教师的示范是让学生去感知，使学生形成感性认识。教师的讲解则是帮助学生理解技术动作，使学生从感性认识到理性认识。在教学中正确使用讲解与示范，并在实践中有机结合起来，才能有效的提高教学质量。讲解法与示范法在体育教学的教法运用中是不可分割的一个整体，两者的关系非常紧密，它们互相依存、互相补充，在体育教学中具有同等重要的地位。

| Abstract: | Explanation and demonstration are the most main and the most basic teaching method in the physical education teaching.In physical education teaching,the teacher’s demonstration is to let students feel,making students form perceptual knowledge.The teacher’s explanation is to help students understand the action skills,making students from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge.In teaching,we should use correct explanation and demonstration and put them together organically in practice so that we can improve our teaching quality effectively.Explanation and demonstration is an indivisible body in the application of physical education teaching,the relationship of the two is compact,both of them is interdependent and complement each other and occupy equal consequence in physical education teaching. |
