| 摘 要： | 本文通过对晋中市三所不同类别的普通大专院校260名学生体育文化素养情况进行了问卷式调查,结果发现:大多数学生对体育功能虽有正确的认识,但对体育活动的态度是消极的,有良好体育行为的学生更是较少。针对这种情况,学校应改革当前体育教学模式,采取强化大学生体育意识,加深大学生体育知识,促进学生参加体育活动等措施加强对大学生体育素养的培育,提高大学生体育文化素养,促进体育锻炼的能力和习惯的养成,为终身体育思想的形成奠定一定的基础。

| Abstract: | This paper makes questionnaire survey on 260 students＇ sport culture quality from three different types of college in Jinzhong city.The result shows that most of the students has correct understanding on sports function,but to sports attitude is negative,and a good sports behavior of students is less.In view of this situation,the school sports teaching should reform the current sports teaching mode,strengthen college students＇ sports consciousness,deepen university student sports knowledge,strengthen students＇ sports activities measures to strengthen college students＇ cultivation of sports,the improvement of college students＇ sports cultural quality,promote the physical exercise ability and habits,and lays a foundation for lifelong physical education ideas. |
