| 摘 要： | 我国高水平竞技训练管理体制经历了军事化、专业化的发展历程,在改革开放后向多元化转变。目前其管理主体单一、计划与市场机制并存、政府多级管理以及以专业训练为主要管理模式的现状,不符合体育发展、市场经济和人才培养的发展规律。对此,应以转变发展观念为先导,积极推进政府职能改革、社会多元治理、市场契约购买等发展策略。

| Abstract: | The high level competitive sports management system in China experienced a development process of militarization and professional. After the reform and open policy, it shifts to pluralism. At present, the manage- ment of a single subject, the plan and the market mechanism, multi - level government management and current situation of professional training as the main management mode cannot meet the general pattern of sports develop- ment, market economics and sports talent cultivation. Therefore, we should change the concept of development as the guide, actively promote the reform of government functions, multiple social governance and market contract purchase. |
