| 摘 要： | 在CBA走入职业化的今天,迎来了一个足以震撼广大球迷的新闻,NBA球星科比将同山西中宇队签约打CBA联赛。但当球迷们还在谈论此消息的真实性的时候,篮协在深圳会议上却出台了新的政策限制了科比来CBA的可能性。会议决定,新赛季招募的NBA球员必须是自由球员,不能带有合同。这也就意味着,科比等有合同在身的NBA现役球星,不可能代表任何一支CBA球队打球。本文通过对篮协限制NBA球星来华打球条件的分析,指出存在的问题并试提出合理的解决方法,以期对今后CBA外援引进和管理等方面有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the CBA into the professional of today,there is big news for a majority of fans,NBA star Kobe is going to sign a contract with Shanxi Hongyu team and play in CBA.When the fans are still talking about the authenticity of this message,the Basketball Association meeting in Shenzhen has issued a new policy limited Kobe to the possibility of CBA.The meeting decided that the recruitment of NBA players in the new seasonmust be free player with no contract.This also means thatKobe,the NBA active star with contract,is unlikely to represent any CBA team.This paper,Based on the limitation of China Basketball Association on NBA star in playing in China,points out existing problems and puts forward reasonable solution.The main purpose is to provide the reference for future foreign players transfer and management. |
