| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对河南省农民体育健身工程的建设进行调查分析。结果表明：所调查行政村的农民体育健身工程均已建设好并投入使用，农民体育健身工程的选址比较合理，工程建设在“附近中小学”和“村委大院”。农民体育健身工程以行政村“村委会管理”为主，但管理制度不够健全，监管力度不够；“工程”经费不充足，且筹集渠道少。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on rural sports fitness construction in Henan province.The result shows that the investigation fitness project for peasants of the administrative villages has been built and put into use,the location of the fitness project for peasant’s reasonable,construction in the vicinity of primary and secondary schools and the village committee compound.Fitness project for peasant’s administrative villages,the village committee management,but the management system is inadequate,the supervision,funding raising channels is poor. |
