| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、数理统计、对比分析等方法，对我国优秀优秀女子跳高运动员倒三步助跑的相关参数进行归类与分析。结果表明，顾碧威倒三步与倒二步着地瞬间的助跑角度较合理，但应适当减小倒一步着地瞬间的助跑角度；最后三步助跑身体内倾角的变化趋势较合理，但倒二步助跑内倾角明显加大，导致水平速度损耗较大；倒一步和倒二步的步长大小变化较为理想，但倒三步助跑速度偏慢。
