摘    要:篮球运动是一项综合性体育运动,它除了具备高超的技术和熟练的战术配合外,必须具备良好的身体素质,而身体素质中力量素质是基础,尤其是下肢力量。作为一名优秀的篮球运动员必须从青少年时期抓起。本文以科学化训练为指导思想,以青少年骨骼肌肉生长发育特点和篮球运动特点为主要依据,对青少年篮球运动员下肢力量的训练进行分析,为提高青少年篮球运动员下肢力量的合理训练提供依据。

Abstract:Basketball is a comprehensive sports activity, it is not only require high level technique and tactics, but also need good physical fitness. In physical fitness, the strength, especially the low limb strength is the basis. As an elite basketball player, the training at early age is very important. This paper, taking the scientific training as the guide, basing on the growth character of skeletal muscle and basketball sport feature, makes analysis on training of low limb strength. The main purpose is to provide the basis for rational training of junior basketball player' s low limb strength.
