| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等对高职大学生躯体亚健康状况及致因进行研究。结果表明:(1)高职大学生亚健康检出率较高,女大学生亚健康检出率高于男大学生;农村大学生亚健康检出率高于城镇大学生;非独生子女亚健康检出率高于独生子女大学生;高职大学生亚健康检出率在年级的分布为:二年级检出率最高,其次是三年级,一年级最低。(2)高职大学生躯体亚健康主要有四个方面的症状:疲劳感觉、胃肠不适、睡眠障碍和疼痛感觉。(3)影响高职大学生躯体亚健康的主要因子依次为:不良生活习惯因子、学习环境因子、身体练习因子和社会交往因子,且不同症状躯体亚健康的影响因素之间存在一定差异。

| Abstract: | The body sub-health and influencing factors of higher vocational college students are studied by the literature review, questionnaire and statistical analysis .The results show that 1） the incidence of sub-health is high in vocational college students, the female students are higher than male students;the rural students are higher than the urban college students;the sub-health detection rate is following that：the second grade is highest and the third grade higher the first grade .2） Vocational Students body sub-health condition have four symptoms：fatigue feeling, gastrointestinal discomfort, sleep disorders and pain sensation.3） The main factor affecting the vocational college students’ body sub-health is bad habits factor, learning environment factors, physical activity factors and social interaction.There are some differences in sub-health factors and the different body symptoms. |
