| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测试法、数理统计等方法对湖南省永州地区瑶族大学生的身体形态状况进行调查，通过与本地区同龄汉族大学生及全国瑶族大学生体质进行比较分析，结果发现：永州地区瑶族大学生身高、体重、胸围平均值比本地区同龄汉族学生要低，但要高出全国瑶族学生平均值。永州瑶族大学生生活环境、营养状况、经济条件、体育锻炼等因素都对永州地区瑶族大学生体质现状产生较大的影响。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review, questionnaire, testing and mathematical statistics, this paper makes survey on body shape of Yao nationality college students. Through a relatively analysis of same aged college students of the Han and the Yao in Yongzhou, the author finds out that college students of the Yao nationality in Yongzhou is low than college students of the Han in body height, weight and average value of chest measurement. Yao students living enviromnent, nutritional status, economic conditions, physical exercise and other factors have a great impact on physical fitness of Yao nationality college students. |
