| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育现代化是指我国民族传统体育主动适应社会转型的自觉发展和创新过程，亦是一个全面可持续的发展过程。民族传统体育的现代化表现为民族传统体育项目的科学化、竞技化、市场化、生活化、人性化以及传承的自觉化等诸多方面。
