| 摘 要： | 本文以中山职业技术学院健美操课程项目化教学改革为例，分析构建校园赛事平台对高职体育课程改革的有效借鉴和参考价值，通过课程改革前后的比较，总结出高职课程改革的有效途径，加强课堂与课外活动的联动性，进一步为学生传播健康理念、搭建展示平台、实现终身体育之目的探寻发展道路。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking the project - based teaching reform of the aerobics course in Zhongshan Polytechnic as example, analyzes the effective reference and value of building campus events platform for reforming the physi- cal education curriculum in high vocational colleges. By comparing conditions before and after the curriculum re- form, the author concludes the efficient path towards the reformation - strengthening the links between classes and extracurricular sports activities and searches the way of further disseminating health concepts to students, builds showcases for them, and accomplishes the goal of lifelong sports. |
