| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动发展迅速、比赛紧张激烈，对抗性强是技术特点之一。无论是运球突破、投篮、抢位等各种技术都必须在身体对抗的情况下完成动作，不敢对抗、不能对抗的技术，不能适应现代篮球比赛的需要。始终在比赛中占得先机，是对篮球运动员对抗意识提出的要求。本文就冲撞意识的有关理论做简单的探讨，以供训练参考。

| Abstract: | The modern basketball is developing very fast and the match is tense and fierce. It is one of the technical characteristics that the antagonism is strong. No matter how to dribble and break through, shoot, rob various technology such as the location must finish movements in a situation that the body confronts with each other, the technology not dared to oppose, confront with each other, cant meet the requirement of modern basketball. Taking the first chance in the match all the time and putting forward the collision consciousness is the requirement of modern basketball. This paper makes simple discussion on related theory of collision consciousness in order to provide the reference for training. |
