| 摘 要： | 垫球是排球的基本技术之一,在比赛中占有重要地位。本文运用文献资料、现场调查等方法,对2010年苏州市中学排球比赛中运用的正垫和侧垫情况进行统计分析,运用相关理论总结并提出相应建议,旨在激发学生学习排球的兴趣,提高排球技术水平。

| Abstract: | Under toss is the basic skill of volleyball,and plays an important role in competition.Through using the method of literature review,investigation,this paper makes statistical analysis on under toss and side under toss in 2010 Suzhou middle school volleyball match and put forwards corresponding suggestions.The main purpose is to motive student’s learning interest and improve the technical level of volleyball. |
