| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对广东省粤西地区部分中学教师进行健康投资调查,结果表明:大多数教师都意识到健康的重要性,能“投资”到合适自己的体育运动中,进行常年的健身活动,而少数教师缺乏投资理念,制约了他们健身行为。建议:教师建立正确投资观念,积极投身到体育运动中,保持良好的身体状态。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper made survey on health investment of middle school teachers in Yuexin areas of Guangdong province.The result shows that most of teachers have realized the importance of health.They can make investment on their appropriate sports event and do regular physical exercise annually.There are only minority of teachers lacking of the investment ideas and restricting their physical exercise.It suggests that the teacher should establish the correct investment idea,positively participating in the sports exercise and maintain good physical condition. |
