| 摘 要： | 舞龙自选套路节奏起着联系舞龙动作的纽带作用,它占据着重要地位。其主要表现在时间、空间、方位上不同的快慢、动静、开合等节奏。运用视听觉法、选配最适宜音乐教学训练法能提高运动员舞龙自选套路节奏的表达,提高竞技舞龙套路的整体水平。

| Abstract: | The rhythm of competitive dragon dance optional exercise play the role of the bond, which occupies an important position. It performances mainly in the different rhythm like fast and slow rhythm, moving and static rhythm, open and close rhythm in time, space, orientation. Using the audio-visual method and choosing the best method of music teaching and training, it can improve the expression of athletes and whole lever in competitive dragon dance optional exercise. |
