| 摘 要： | 有氧舞蹈曾是中国健美操队优势项目,但自2014年起至今,中国健美操队在世锦赛中再未获得金牌。论文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,以2017-2020周期竞技健美操国际比赛规则为理论依据,以2018年第15届健美操世锦赛有氧舞蹈前八名成套动作为研究对象,探究各队有氧舞蹈成套编排优劣,从而为国内健美操队有氧舞蹈项目提供编排思路。

| Abstract: | Aerobics dance used to be a leading sport in Chinese Aerobics Team.However,Chinese Aerobics Team had never got any gold medal since 2014.Taking the 2017-2020 cycle competitive aerobics international competition rules as the theoretical basis,and the top 8 routines of aerobics dance in 15th Aerobics World Championships as the research objects,this paper analyzes and explore the advantages and disadvantages of choreographer in each team through research methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on,in order to provide choreographer ideas for domestic aerobics teams. |
