| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature,measurement,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the difference of confidence level between cheerleading athletes and ordinary female college students in Shenyang Colleges,and the influence of cheerleading exercises on female college students’confidence level,in order to provide a beneficial reference for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities and the further improvement and development of mental health theory of college students. |
