| 摘 要： | 艺术表现力是衡量啦啦操实际表演效果的重要指标,高校体育运动开展啦啦操教学活动的过程中,要注重采用科学合理的训练方法。本文主要从艺术表现力在高校啦啦操的重要性分析入手,重点介绍了高校啦啦操艺术表现力的影响因素,包含动作质量,动作和音乐的结合度,成套动作的艺术性,以及学生的个体特征方面,并提出了一些科学可行的训练方法,为全面有效提升高校啦啦操的艺术表现力,提供一定借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Artistic expressiveness is an important index to measure the actual performance of cheerleading.In the process of teaching cheerleading,we should pay attention to adopting scientific and reasonable training methods.Starting with the analysis of the importance of artistic expressiveness in college cheerleading,this paper mainly introduces the influencing factors of the artistic expressiveness of cheerleading in colleges and universities,including the quality of action,the combination of action and music,the artistry of complete sets of movements,and the individual characteristics of students. |
