| 摘 要： | 通过跳舞实验,对河南大学教职工中心的30名退休教师进行了外周血T细胞及其亚群的测试,结果发现：男女中老年人免疫机能都有良好的改善作用,结果表明：体育舞蹈能影响老年人外周血T细胞及其亚群的分布,对提高老年人的免疫能力有较好的作用.

| Abstract: | Through dance experiment,this paper makes testing on the circumference blood T cell and the subgroup of 30 retired staff from Henan University.The result shows that the immunity function of male and female middle and elder people has better improvement.It indicates that the sports dance affects the circumference blood T cell and the subgroup distribution of elder people and plays a better role to enhance the immunity. |
